Who is Anmol Bishnoi? Man alleged for firing outside Salman Khan's residence

Police and authorities have been notified of gunfire outside the Mumbai home of Bollywood actor Salman Khan, which has been attributed to gangster Anmol Bishnoi. Following media reports of six rounds of gunfire at the actors residence, Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde also called the actor.

Anmol Bishnoi is not directly a gangster, but rather the brother of a well-known gangster, Lawrence Bishnoi. Lawrence Bishnois gang is suspected to be behind the firing incident at Salman Khans residence. Anmol Bishnois message described the firing as a warning and threatened further violence if Salman Khan himself is targeted.
Who is Anmol?
Anmol Bishnoi, based outside of India, took to social media to claim responsibility for the incident on behalf of his brothers gang. This claim has not been officially verified by law enforcement, but there is a history of bad blood between Salman Khan and the Bishnoi gang stemming from a blackbuck poaching case in 1998.
Bishnoi's prowess
In this case, Anmol is also charged. Following the assassination of singer-turned-politician Sidhu Moosewala, he left India using a forged passport. A year ago, he was located in Azerbaijan, but he was able to get out. Because of his role in the Sidhu Moosewala murder case, his assistant Sachin Thapan was extradited from Azerbaijan.
Last appearance
The last time Anmol Bishnoi was seen in the US was at a wedding. He used a fictitious passport, claiming to be Bhanu Pratap from Rohtak, Haryana, to go.
Lawrence and Salman
Salman Khan was previously threatened by Lawrence Bishnoi, who claimed that Khan had disgraced the Bishnoi community by shooting a blackbuck and wanted an apology. Salman Khan was given Y+ security by the Maharashtra government in response to the threats.
