Gujarat is gearing up for a significant investment summit, set to be attended by hundreds of executives over a three-day event. More than 50 US firms are expected to participate, marking a major initiative by PM Modi ahead of the 2024 polls.

This edition of the summit is proclaimed as the largest ever, featuring seminars and conferences on global topics like Industry 4.0, Technology and Innovation, Sustainable Manufacturing, Green Hydrogen, Electric Mobility, Renewable Energy, and Transition towards Sustainability. Key focus sectors include E-mobility, Start-ups, MSMEs, Blue Economy, Green Energy, and Smart Infrastructure.
International Participation
Foreign conglomerates, including Microsoft, Nasdaq, Google, and Suzuki, are set to participate in the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit. Notable Indian industrialists, such as Gautam Adani, Mukesh Ambani, and Natarajan Chandrasekaran, will also be present.
Global Collaboration, Partners
The summit involves 34 partner countries and 16 partner organisations, highlighting global collaboration. This years theme is Gateway to the Future, celebrating 20 Years of Vibrant Gujarat as the Summit of Success.

With an eye on the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, PM Modi aims to assure investors of his business-friendly policies, enhancing Indias reputation as an investment destination. The Ministry of Development of North-Eastern Region will leverage the summit to showcase investment opportunities in the North-Eastern regions.

Initiated in 2003 under Chief Minister Modis leadership, the summit has evolved into a renowned global forum for business collaboration, knowledge sharing, and strategic partnerships.
Security Measures
Elaborate security arrangements, including 3-D mapping with drones, decentralised command centres, and CCTV installations, are in place for the summit in Gandhinagar.
Foreign Investment In Gujarat
Between 2019 and 2023, Gujarat secured approximately $34 billion in foreign investments, ranking as the third-highest among Indian states.
