300 Proposals from MSMEs

    A breakdown by department reveals nearly 300 proposals from the MSME and exports promotion department, amounting to approximately ₹45,000 crore, to be implemented at the GBC 4.0 (ground-breaking ceremony).

    The IT and electronics department will see around 60 proposals implemented, involving an investment of ₹62,000 crore.

40 Projects From Excise Department

    Furthermore, the housing department is set to implement approximately 750 projects, with investments amounting to ₹57,000 crore, at the groundbreaking ceremony. Additionally, nearly 40 projects from the excise department, with an investment of about ₹7500 crore, are also on the agenda.

    Notable among the projects is the establishment of Ashok Leyland’s electric vehicle manufacturing unit on the premises of the now-closed Scooters India Limited (SIL) in Lucknow.
