The list of Indias most popular chief ministers is out. The Mood Of The Nation survey was aimed at judging the acceptability of the leaders. Here is the list of the five most popular Chief Ministers of India.

Naveen Patnaik
Topping the list is the 77-year-old Chief Minister of Odisha who has held office since March 2000. He received a popularity rating of 52.7 per cent and is one of the longest serving CM of the country.

Yogi Adityanath
Yogi Adityanath grabbed the second list and is the 21st CM of Uttar Pradesh since March 2017. The BJP leader garnered a popularity rating 51.3 per cent in the survey.

Himanta Biswa Sarma
Assams Himanta Biswa Sarma ranked third in the survey with a popularity rating of 48.6 per cent. A former Congress member, Sarma joined the BJP in 2015 and assumed office as the 15th CM of Assam.

Bhupendra Patel
The fourth place was occupied by Gujarat CM Bhupendra Patel with a popularity rating of 42.6 per cent. The 17th CM of Gujarat, he assumed office in September 2021.

Manik Saha
Tripuras Manik Saha occupied the fifth position in the survey with a popularity rating of 41.4 per cent. A former Congress leader who joined the BJP in 2016, Saha assumed his second term as the CM of Tripura.
