    On February 4, 2019, she was bestowed with the title of Bhagwadbhushan Mahamandaleshwar by Akhil Bharatiya Sadhu Samaj. She became the first Kinnar Mahamandaleshwar after being crowned by Jagatguru Peethadheeswar Gauri Shankar Maharaj of Pashupati Akhara.
