    Halloween is often associated with death and the occult. Whereas, Muslims believe that death is a serious matter and that it should not be celebrated or trivialized.

    Many Halloween costumes are offensive to Muslims. Ex - costumes that depict devils, ghosts etc. Muslims also avoid wearing costumes that are revealing or that depict violence.

    Some Halloween activities can be harmful. Halloween pranks can be destructive or harmful. Muslims avoid activities that could put themselves or others at risk.
