    The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has granted an extension to the compliance deadline for the One Vehicle, One FASTag initiative until March 31, 2024. If you are a FASTag user and have not yet updated your KYC details, follow the step-by-step process.

    The development came after the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) launched a crackdown against Paytm Payments Bank over irregularities in KYC norms, compliance issues related party transactions, etc. The central asked the company to cease further deposits, credit transactions, and top-ups on customer accounts to March 15.

    The first step is to visit the official website of FASTag, i.e, fastag.ihmcl.com.

    After visiting the official website, log-in using your registered mobile number and fill the OTP that will be received on the number.
