After mango and Fanta omelette, Daulat Ki chaat omelette is the new rage that took the internet by storm. In a video going viral on the internet, a different kind of omelette is shown which is called Daulat Ki Chaat Omelette. After watching the video, obviously the foodie community is not happy.Whats in viral video The video starts with a vendor whipping some egg whites using an electric hand blender. Next, he heats butter in a pan and adds the frothy egg mixture into it. Then egg yolk is poured over the omelette, followed by onion, tomato and coriander. Spices like salt, turmeric, garam masala and red chili powder are sprinkled on the omelette. After this, the creation is carefully turned over to cook the other side.Using a pizza cutter, the vendor cuts the omelette in half. On one side, he adds white mayonnaise, pieces of cheese, chopped onion, tomato and coriander. Then, he folds the omelette in half. He garnishes it with more mayonnaise as well as a sprinkle of oregano. At last, he serves unique omelette with some bread slices and ketchup.
