What's in viral video?

The entire process of making halwa from banana leaves is shown in a short clip. The thing that the food vlogger is being praised for in this entire clip is his 'honest' reaction.

The video starts with him cleaning the banana leaves, then he removes the stem from the middle with a knife. He then cuts them all. Then he puts it in a mixer jar and adds water to it, resulting in a smooth green paste. He filters it through a muslin cloth. In the further process he heats some ghee in a pan, adds sugar, cornflour solution and filtered green extract along with dry fruits and cooks it. When the dish is cooked, the food vlogger tastes it. He himself does not like its taste.
