Mohammad Halim, the driver of the escort vehicle, tragically lost his life in the collision. He confirmed that the collision occurred between the escort vehicle and the civilian car, resulting in one fatality and multiple injuries, including those sustained by six police personnel.Accident during Jan VIshwas YatraAccording to reports, the accident occurred during the Jan Vishwas Yatra, a political procession led by Tejashwi Yadav. As Yadavs convoy passed through Belauri in Purnia, the scout vehicle, part of the procession, was traveling on the wrong side of the Purnia-Katihar four-lane highway.
