India clawed their way back on Day 3 in the Rachi Test after a shaky start. After being dismissed for 307, India bundled out England for a mere 145, thanks to a splendid bowling performance of spinners. India's veteran spinner Ravichandran Ashwin claimed his 35th five-wicket haul in Tests.

Dhruv Jurel plays gritty knock

India's batting woes continued from the previous days, losing wickets at regular intervals. However, a gritty knock from Dhruv Jurel (90) including 11 fours and 2 sixes, helped India to reduce England's lead. His crucial knock, along with valuable contributions from the lower order, helped India post a respectable total.

Spin rattles England

England, chasing 354 for victory, started confidently, but the introduction of spin changed the momentum of the innings. Ravichandran Ashwin and Kuldeep Yadav wreaked havoc, sharing nine wickets between them.

Zak Crawley's 60 provided some resistance, but England capitulated, falling short by 209 runs. At the time of stumps, Rohit Sharma and Yashasvi Jaiswal were batting on 24 and 16 respectively. Chasing the target of 192 runs, India needs 152 runs to win.
