New Delhi: A disturbing video surfaced on social media platform X (formerly known as Twitter) on Thursday, revealing a heart-wrenching incident in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. In the footage, a man is seen callously dragging a helpless dog with a rope along a concrete road, prompting widespread condemnation and outrage.

The video captures the appalling scene of a man, attired in a lungi and a vest, cruelly tying the dog's legs with a rope. Another individual, seated on a nearby motorcycle, passively observes the distressing act. With complete disregard for the animal's suffering, the man mounts the motorcycle and proceeds to drag the dog along the unforgiving concrete surface.

As the rope tightens around the dog's legs, it is evident that the innocent creature is in excruciating pain. The dog can be seen struggling and emitting distressing yelps as it is forcibly pulled along the road.
