In the complaint lodged, the complainant said that on July 9, 2022, he was married to a girl from Bhind district of Madhya Pradesh. There was discord between the two right after their marriage. Due to which the wife fought and went to her maternal home.Not only this, the wife also filed a maintenance suit in Bhind court. Meanwhile, while returning from the court date on 21 December 2023, the in-laws threatened to kill the son-in-law. Now yesterday, on her WhatsApp status, the wife gave a betel nut to her husband to kill him. The wife wrote on the status, I have been married against my will. Whoever kills my husband will be given a reward of Rs 50 thousand.Police action into this matterRegarding this entire matter, the inspector in charge said that a case has been registered on the complaint of the youth. A case has been registered under Section 67 of the Threatening and Information Technology Act 2008. The matter is being investigated. The victims wife and her family members will also be interrogated.
