A repulsive video of a young man in Varanasi performing despicable behavior has gone viral online. The Varanasi man is seen peeing on the poster of former chief minister and Samajwadi Party leader Akhilesh Yadav in the viral video. It has been reported that he recorded the video during a Facebook Live. However, as soon as the video got popular on social media, he was taken into custody.

Frustrated by the purported misbehavior depicted in the video featuring the former chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, Samajwadi Party (SP) workers lodged a complaint at the Cholapur police station against the young suspect. After that, the police filed a report against the defendant and opened an inquiry.

Shameful act in the viral video

Neeraj Yadav, the former state secretary of the Samajwadi Party, Lohia Vahini, filed a police complaint after expressing his displeasure over the occurrence. Bade Lal Chauhan, a resident of the region under the control of the Cholapur police station, is the individual designated as the accused in this case. He was charged with using offensive words and defaming Akhilesh Yadav's reputation on Facebook Live. Later, as shown on camera, the young person also urinated on Akhilesh's picture.

Insult to 'Yadav' community?

Even after this, his rage did not go away, and he continued to insult and abuse the Yadav community as a whole, as well as the Samajwadi Party MP and  Akhilesh Yadav's wife, Dimple Yadav. While filing a police report, Neeraj Yadav requested action in this regard, threatening to stage a violent protest in response to the incident if the youth were not dealt with.

Accused Apprehended Right Away!

The culprit was promptly taken into custody and lodged in jail in accordance with the relevant legal provisions following the police station in Cholapur receiving a complaint. In response to the widely shared video, DCP Varuna Zone Vns stated that the case has been lodged under relevant sections and the culprit has been arrested and taken to jail based on the complaint received at Cholapur police station.
