In a heart-stopping incident near Telangana's Nawandgi Railway Station, a woman narrowly escaped death after being caught on the tracks as a speeding goods train approached. The woman, realising the imminent danger, lay down flat on the railway track as the train passed over her. Miraculously, she emerged unscathed once the train had cleared the track, standing up and continuing her journey as if nothing had happened.

Two Women Cross Tracks, One Faces Life-Threatening Danger

The shocking event involved two tribal women attempting to cross the railway tracks. While the first woman managed to cross safely before the train arrived, the second woman was not as fortunate. Unable to reach the other side in time, she found herself directly in the path of the oncoming train. In a split-second decision, she laid down in the center of the tracks, avoiding the train’s wheels and saving herself from what could have been a fatal accident.

The entire incident was captured on video, and the footage quickly went viral on social media platforms. A Telugu news channel, Aadhan Telugu, reported the incident, identifying the location as Vikarabad district in Telangana. The video shows the woman's daring move as the train passes over her, leaving viewers in shock and disbelief.

Despite the woman’s incredible escape, the incident highlights the extreme dangers of crossing railway tracks without proper supervision or authorization. Authorities have repeatedly warned against such risky behaviour, emphasising the need for public awareness and adherence to safety protocols to prevent future tragedies.
