This incident reignites the debate surrounding the presence of stray dogs, particularly following remarks from the Delhi High Court regarding their increasing threat.

The court expressed concern over the territorial behavior of stray dogs, attributing it to individuals feeding them from vans. The court has said, "The problem is people are coming in the vans and feeding the dogs. Because of that dogs have become too territorial and they attack anybody. They are becoming a menace for the pedestrians."

Multiple cases of stray dog attack

Due to stray dog attack, the tragic death of a one-and-a-half-year-old girl in Delhi's Tughlakabad area underscores the severity of the issue.

Instances of stray dog attacks, particularly on pedestrians and children, have prompted widespread apprehension across cities. Moreover, animal lovers, who feed stray dogs have faced criticism in light of such incidents.
