Starbucks opened its first outlet in Varanasi, recently. The royal look of Starbucks left netizens in awe and got huge reactions from them. Now, a video has emerged on social media 'X' days where it shows a large crowd of customers inside the coffee shop, and more waiting outside for entry.
A video circulating online shows a packed Starbucks outlet in Varanasi, with customers jostling for space inside and waiting in queues outside. This visual evidence contradicts the skepticism expressed by some who questioned whether people would be willing to pay Rs 300 for a cup of coffee, a significant amount compared to local alternatives.
The video shows every seat in the store being occupied, and outside, a long line of customers waits to enter, while motorcycles fill the parking area. The first Starbucks in Varanasi recently gained attention on social media. Its elaborate carvings and arched design give it old-world charm, inspiring a "wow" reaction from viewers.
A twitter user named as Aaraynsh has shared a video with caption: "Starbucks wouldn't succeed in small towns because nobody would buy a Rs 300 coffee. Meanwhile Varanasi..."
