Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala's parents have celebrated the arrival of a baby boy on Sunday, nearly two years after the singer's tragic death in Punjab.

Balkaur Singh, Moosewala's father, took to Facebook to share the joyful news, announcing the birth of Moosewala's younger brother. Along with the announcement, he shared a heartwarming picture of the newborn baby, accompanied by a welcome cake adorned with Moosewala's photo in the background.

Moosewala, who was the sole child of his parents, Charan Kaur, 58, and Balkaur Singh, 60, left behind a legacy in the Punjabi music industry. Sources revealed that his parents pursued the IVF technique and underwent the procedure abroad last year. They had kept the news under wraps until the successful birth of their child.

The singer, known for his immense popularity among the masses and especially the youth, was tragically murdered on May 29, 2022. The murder case involves 31 individuals, including gangsters Lawrence Bishnoi and Goldy Brar. So far, 25 arrests have been made in connection with the case.

Despite his untimely demise, Moosewala's music continues to resonate with fans, with several posthumous releases garnering millions of hits and keeping his musical legacy alive.
