New Delhi: In a recent video surfacing on social media that is gaining limelight, a woman is seen beating a man for a 10 rupee note. Not just that, she takes off her pants in public turning naked from the waist down and still continuing to beat the man relentlessly.How did the event occurThe man, who is seen driving an auto rickshaw is taking the woman to her destination upon which the customer and the driver are seen arguing. The woman begins to beat the man without catching a breath. Role of BNSAccording to the BNS, anyone who uses any deceitful measures or makes any kind of false promise to marry a woman without a clear intention of being involved in a marriage or having anything similar on those grounds and gets sexually involved with the woman, such an action can result to imprisonment of a term prescribed by courts or at least 10 years according to the intensity of the crime, which is not the same as rape. This law has replaced the 164-year-old IPC law.
