Shocking! Gurugram man kills live-in partner for not cooking 'Egg Curry'

In a tragic incident, a 35-year-old man allegedly killed his live-in-partner using a hammer and belt under the influence of alcohol on Saturday in Gurugram. He said he lost his cool when she refused to make him egg curry. 

What happened exactly? 

The accused told the police during strict interrogation that when the woman refused to make egg curry for him, he lost his temper under the influence of alcohol and beat her to death with a hammer and belt.

Gurugram Police found the body of a woman in an under-construction house in Chauma village. Police said on Saturday that the live-in partner of the woman found dead has been arrested in this case. 35 year old accused Lallan Yadav confessed to his crime during interrogation.

Police action towards this matter

Yadav, a native of Aurahi village in Madhepura district of Bihar, was arrested by a team of Palam Vihar Police Station from Sarai Kale Khan area of ​​Delhi. Anjali, 32, a ragpicker, was found dead in an under-construction building in Chauma village on Wednesday. After seeing the dead body, the caretaker of the building lodged a complaint with the police.

Both met seven months ago

Police said that about seven months ago, the accused met garbage collector Anjali and both of them started living together while working as labourers. Palam Vihar ACP Naveen Kumar said that the accused had absconded after killing Anjali. We have recovered the hammer and belt used in the murder and are interrogating the accused.

During interrogation, Lallan told that he had killed his partner while under the influence of alcohol. Lallan told that when his partner refused to make egg curry, his anger reached the seventh sky. After this, he beat his partner to death with a belt and a hammer.
