Days after former United States President Donald Trump survived an assassination bid, Russian President Vladamir Putin was seen driving Lada Aura without wearing a bulletproof jacket. The visuals that surfaced on social media shows that while driving Putin made a driving blunder which could have led to a car crash.

In the video, Putin can be seen driving the car and failing to indicate ‘right’ and the vehicles of the security team who were following him had to slow down to avoid the mishap.

Putin can be seen wearing a crisp white shirt with no bullet proof vest driving black Lada Aura car after the opening of the new section of motorway in Tver region. Putin opened the last branch of the toll road to St Petersburg from Moscow that will cut down another 1 hour driving time. After this, it is possible to drive the 622 km in less than 6 hours.

While driving, Putin can be seen chatting with an employee from the automation industry.

Meanwhile, it is important to note that this was Putin’s first appearance after Trump survived the assassination bid amid similar threats to Russian President Putin.

Recently, former President Donald Trump was hastily escorted off stage during a campaign rally in Pennsylvania after gunshots were fired. Trump, visibly smeared with blood, clutched his right ear, with blood apparent on his cheek and mouth. As the shots rang out, Secret Service agents quickly surrounded the Republican candidate, escorting him off the stage. Defiantly, Trump raised a fist to the crowd as he was led away.
