Most people get scared when they come across snakes or other scary animals. Venomous snakes are typically housed in designated areas away from household areas to avoid such encounters. But a terrifying image of a massive python that appears to be trying to escape is making the rounds on social media.

The viral video

The video was posted on X handle a year ago, and it has since reappeared on social media. It shows the desperate attempt of a python to get out of a shed. The monster, however, found it challenging to go over the barrier because it was bound to a rope. Its enormous bulk also limited its range of motion. The serpent makes valiant attempts to free itself, but it is unsuccessful. The video was published by Susanta Nanda on October 10 of last year.

Snake hissing his way out?

As soon as the video was uploaded, people's responses to the snake's fast maneuvers to get out of the shed were all over the place. Although the video was deemed frightening by many, some people thought it was cruel to use rope to limit the python's movement. Looking terrified, a user asked, "Where is this, sir? If that had been in front of me, I would have had a heart attack.” A second person said, "Terrorizing scene." One person said, "This is brutality," when the snake was fastened to a rope.

Python's manuvre

An earlier video of a python named Monty consuming a beach towel made its way back onto social media. The 18-year-old Jungle Carpet Python, who was allegedly 3 meters in length and 5 kilograms in weight, was taken to Sydney's Small Animal Specialist Hospital right away after the event. There, the doctors used X-rays to pinpoint exactly where the towel began and finished within Monty. Then, when they attempted to remove the towel, they sent a flexible endoscope down Monty's digestive track to see it. The same day, the python was released.
