A significant blaze erupted at eateries lining a road in a market in Greater Noida today, as reported by the authorities. The fire broke out near the Char Murti Chowk in Bisrakh, Greater Noida, in the early hours of the morning.
According to officials, the fire originated from a short circuit at a dhaba, leading to its spread to neighboring eateries. However, the precise cause is yet to be determined.
Eight fire engines were swiftly dispatched to the scene to extinguish the flames. Police confirmed that the fire has now been brought under control.
A massive fire erupted at a dhaba near Gaur City in Greater Noida West, causing damage to 5 to 6 shops in the vicinity.

"We received information about fire in a few dhabas. Fire service vehicles left for the spot. We found six dhabas and two shops on fire. Ten fire tenders are here. We have brought the fire under control, cooling operation is underway. There are no casualties or injuries in the incident," stated a senior Fire Department official, detailing the response to the incident.
