Weddings are often filled with playful traditions, from stealing the groom’s shoes for ‘shagun money’ to fun-filled pranks. However, a recent viral video has taken this mischief to another level, showing a groom being handed a seemingly innocent tetra pack of Frooti—only to later realize it was secretly infused with alcohol.
In the video, a man identified as Abir Biswas is seen preparing the prank by placing a Frooti juice pack next to a bottle of Old Monk rum. He then slyly injects the rum into the mango drink before making his way to the wedding stage, where the groom is seated amid traditional wedding rituals.
Without any suspicion, the groom accepts the drink from his friend, expecting a simple mango juice to refresh him during the ceremonies. However, as soon as he takes a sip, his expression shifts to one of shock and confusion as he realizes the drink has been tampered with.
The video has sparked a heated discussion online, with some users finding the prank hilarious while others have condemned it for disrespecting sacred wedding rituals.
One user commented, “Don’t do that. A marriage ceremony is not a drama; it’s a ritual.” Another added, “Shame on you! He was sitting in a pooja, and you served him alcohol.” Meanwhile, many others reacted with laughing emojis, enjoying the playful nature of the prank.
