When a 6-year-old girl who flew with Etihad Airways completed a survey about her experience in business class, it was discovered that her responses came directly from the heart. She wrote down a few recommendations that all children could identify with, giving the airline room to take the appropriate criticism into consideration.
Etihad sent a survey to my 6-year-old daughter about her recent flight experience in business class.

I let my daughter answer the survey without any influence.
It was a bloodbath.
Some of the feedback...
- Flight was bad because her school friends were not on it.
- Kids… pic.twitter.com/ipQZROKar3
How would you customize a kid's meal? If you answered "chocolate," you win for this child—and presumably for all the little ones—as it was noted that the kid-friendly meal on the trip was missing chocolate. The small passenger became upset and said, "The kids' dinner was bad since it did not have any chocolate." It was also mentioned that, in contrast to Etihad, the Emirates personnel had given her chocolates.
Following her remark about chocolate, some of the responses included the fact that her school friends were not on the flight, that the personnel did not offer her a hot towel but did for adults, and that it was not acceptable to travel in pajamas. He ultimately gave the airline only a one-out-of-ten rating, along with a few extra points.
