Aman Jaiswal, an entrepreneur from Delhi, shared a troubling experience on social media after ordering food to satiate his hunger on Sunday night. Jaiswal recounted, "First he said I'll take extra 10rs for coming, after denying for the first somehow I said ok come I'll give and then he kept me waiting for almost 45min..." The situation escalated when the delivery partner arrived and was caught eating Jaiswal's order.
Jaiswal filmed the incident, capturing the delivery agent casually eating his French fries and refusing to hand over the order. Despite being confronted, the delivery agent showed no remorse. With a sarcastic laugh, he retorted, "Keep doing whatever you are doing (Karte raho jo tumhe karna hai)," and declined to give Jaiswal his food, which he had already paid for.
In a frustrating exchange, Jaiswal confronted the delivery partner, saying, "These are my fries, which you are eating. This is my order (Ye mere fries hai toh tum kha raho ho. Ye mere order hai)." The delivery partner, unfazed, insisted that Jaiswal continue filming and do whatever he wanted, showing no intention of rectifying the situation. Seated on a bike and accompanied by another delivery partner, both were seen eating Jaiswal's order.
The incident occurred in Delhi and involved Ola's food delivery service. Earlier this year, Ola launched 'Ola Cafe' to provide food delivery services and later joined the government-backed ONDC food delivery service in 2023. Jaiswal tagged Ola Cabs in his social media post, saying, "@olacabs This is how your food delivery partner are doing their job," highlighting the incident and raising concerns about the company's service standards.
