Responding to some misconceptions in the comments, Shah clarified, "It appears there's been a misunderstanding regarding my tweet. I shared it to underscore a fundamental principle for founders and leaders: lead by example. If you set a rule for your team, you must adhere to it first. Regarding concerns about paying the fine to my own UPI wallet, rest assured, I've set up a separate UPI Lite account dedicated to team funds. The fines collected are exclusively allocated for team activities and perks, like team dinners and events. I value the feedback and trust this clarifies my intent."
