In a horrific case that embarrasses human relationships has come to light in Dehradun, the capital of Uttarakhand. Here, a brother sexually assaulted his own minor sister. The case is of Kotwali Patel Nagar area, in which the minor girl was raped by her own brother who had come from Roorkee to drop her to their aunts house in Dehradun.After this, the accused brother left the victim at her aunts house and ran away. On the complaint of the victims mother, the police in Kotwali Patel Nagar have registered a case against the accused under the POCSO Act and have started searching for the accused.On March 20, the accused took his minor sister, promising to take her to her house in a Muslim colony.According to the complaint given to the police by the mother of the victim, a resident of Roorkee, her 17-year-old minor daughter along with her elder brother had come to Dehradun from Roorkee 10-12 days ago to stay at her aunts house.It is alleged that on Wednesday, March 20, during the day, the accused took his minor sister from her aunts house to her sisters house in Muslim Basti, and took her to the bushes near the petrol pump on Shimla Bypass Road and raped her.After this, the accused reached his aunts house at around 12 oclock in the night and ran away leaving his sister at his aunts place. After this the victim narrated her entire ordeal to her aunt.Kotwali Patel Nagar in-charge Kamal Singh said that on the complaint of the victims mother, a case has been registered against the accused under the POCSO Act. The police will soon arrest the accused. Efforts are being made to arrest the accused.
