Couples living together before marriage is still seen as a scandalous topic in our society. Marriages are beautiful and a life-long commitment. So, one must make sure that they are marrying the right person. Nowadays, people are trusting the people they meet on social media for everything from dating to marriage. In all this many times people become victims of great deception. Recently, something similar happened with a 26-year-old man named AK from Indonesia. Only 12 days had passed for AK's marriage when suddenly he came to know such a truth about his new bride that the ground slipped from under his feet.

His wife was a man

It was so true that he had to immediately call the police for help. Actually, his wife was a man. The man reportedly met his would-be bride on the internet and after a conversation, the two decided to meet in person. The woman told her name as Adinda Kanza Azzahra.

AK said that he fell in love with her the first time when he met her, and after several meetings, took her on an official date. AK said- Some things were strange in it but he ignored it. She always wore hijab and covered her face. When both of them decided to get married, the girl said that her mother had died and her father had left her long ago, so no one could come to the marriage on her behalf. When both of them got married, even after marriage, Adinda did not show her face to her husband citing her shy nature. Apart from this, she also did not like to meet AK's family members.

Sentenced for four years

At AK's insistence, his family decided to investigate his new wife. It turned out that his father lived nearby. Her father reveals that Adinda is actually a boy and is identified by the name ESH. Eventually the family and AK gave all the information to the police. Esh admitted that he had done all this to take money from AK. The court has charged him under Article 378 of the Criminal Code and he may be sentenced to four years in prison.
