A furious reaction of a passenger has led the internet in fury after a man, Kiran Verma accused an Ola cab driver of slapping him in front of his 6-year-old son. The man shared the distressing message on his LinkedIn profile on March 1.According to Kirans post, the incident happened in Delhi last month when he and his son scheduled an Ola taxi to pick up a person from the airport. Kiran claims that the driver confronted him because he insisted on canceling the ride and paying cash.The scenario became more heated when the driver purportedly drove a completely different route because of a traffic block.In a string of posts, the passenger highlighted some of the issues. According to Vermas post, he booked a ride using the OLA CAB app, following all the rules as a good user. He then refused to cancel the ride requested by the driver as an honest customer and behaved decently and respectfully with the driver. He further said that he tried to his son from potential danger by the driver without retaliation as a responsible citizen.He also mentioned that he followed the complete process to file a complaint to Ani Technologies Private Limited (Ola Cabs.Com) and UP Police. UP Police was proactive and did what was needed.The netizens on social media called the event terrifying and triggered a discussion.
