Comedian and actor Vir Das recently talked about his experience flying with IndiGo, and he had some negative things to say. The airline reacted to the actors criticism of their regularly delayed flights with an answer. Heres what Vir had to say... In his tweet, Vir mentioned the disservice by the airline that keeps the passengers and lands accordingly, causing landing delays. IndiGos official X account replied to his tweet, apologising for the difficulty faced while also pointing out that the delay was ascribed to Mumbai airport air traffic congestion, which is outside of the control of the management. They went on to mention that their in-flight team also announced the delay onboard.Mr Das, we truly appreciate you meeting with our team at the airport. We deeply regret the inconvenience caused by the delay. Its important to note that the delay was attributed to air traffic congestion at Mumbai airport, which is beyond our control. Ranvir, who was delayed by ten hours and was meant to meet his child, who was alone at home, had published a lengthy post on X detailing his entire situation and even threatening to sue the airline.Radhika Apte encountered problems at the Mumbai airport in January of this year as well. They were confined to an aeroplane for hours without access to food or drink. In the same month, Richa Chadha said that her flight had been delayed by four hours and blasted the airline.
