A third one joined, Sanskrit or Hindi and she made a bet on either of the language. Three other women also believed that Hindi is the sanctioned language of Bengaluru. Meanwhile, someone additional responded with  Tamil, while others said,  English. After watching the viral videotape, numerous from the southern megacity expressed frustration over what they see as the dwindling recognition of their language in the Karnataka capital.

I went to many of them and almost no one knew the santioned language of Bengaluru! These GenZ kiddies warrant General Knowledge!" said one social media user. A fourth said, "Sad really! These Gen Zs are a new contagion of the society! No general knowledge, no update on current affairs! Just Insta, Tinder, FB."

Hindi is the public language

Kannadigas have learned Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi to admire and accommodate others, but in return, they're being sidelined in their own land. The nonage outlanders have made their languages more dominant, smirching Kannada," expressed yet another social media user.

A fifth X user posted, "This isn't entirely their fault because they were brought up with the notion that Hindi is the public language, corroborated by seminaries and the stereotyping of South Indians as either Madrasis( i.e., Tamil) or socialists( i.e., Malayalis). Now, they're familiar with Telugu because of masala pictures, but Kannada remains unheard of."
