Nandita took to the platform to clarify, saying, that she bought lunch on Swiggy and asked the delivery guy if he could buy her a pill because she had strong cramps and could not walk to the medical shop. The delivery agent later graciously got her the pills. She thereafter made sure to give him a tip and express her gratitude for his generosity.
