Shocked by this incident, the man shared screenshots of three back-to-back emails on social media, which depict the whole story. The first email was of his application, the second was of confirmation of receipt of the application and the third, which was the most heartbreaking, was his rejection mail. All this happened between 11:54 and 11:55, i.e. within a few seconds. This post created a stir on social media and went viral very fast.

This post was shared from a Reddit account named 'Delicious-Demand-495' and received more than 1,000 upvotes in just a few days. Some people took the side of the company and said that perhaps the person had not filled any necessary box correctly, while others accused the company of automatically rejecting the application through AI.

One user wrote that you may have selected something that did not meet their minimum requirements, like degree status or age limit.  Another user jokingly wrote that ' we do not use AI. Every recruiter who comes here complains!

The third user wrote that we also get applications from people who cannot work legally in our country. The first question asked is, can you work here legally? If someone chooses 'no', their application is immediately rejected. It is possible that you have also chosen an option that automatically disqualified you.
