Ghaziabad-based Abishek Patni lost his trust in online shopping on Sunday evening when he opened a box which was supposed to contain a cellphone he had ordered. Instead, he found a stone inside. What happened exactlyRecently, the person had ordered Infinix Zero 30 5G phone from Flipkart on March 28, which costs around Rs 22,548, but instead of receiving the gadget he got stones delivered to him. Adding to his frustration, the upset customer claimed that his subsequent return was rejected by Flipkart.
