Equipped with a mobile kitchen and a thirst for adventure, Naaji is breaking barriers and inspiring others to pursue their travel dreams, proving that age and motherhood are no obstacles to exploring the world.

A Malayalam Mom's Global Mission

Naaji Noushi, a social media influencer and solo traveler, has embarked on an ambitious journey to traverse 15 countries in her trusty Mahindra Thar. Her adventure began on September 10, 2024, in the UAE, and she has already explored Oman and Saudi Arabia, where she spent three months immersing herself in the local culture. Currently in Kuwait, Naaji aims to continue her journey through Iraq, Afghanistan, China, and beyond, before finally returning to India.

Mobile Kitchen on Wheels

To ensure she has the freedom to explore remote areas and experience local cuisine, Naaji has transformed her vehicle into a mobile home, complete with a fully-equipped kitchen. Her Mahindra Thar features a stove, gas cylinder, and a stock of essential ingredients like rice, water, and flour, allowing her to cook and eat on the go3. "Usually, my friends serve me food wherever I visit. But, if I want, I can cook my food or make a cup of tea for myself or for my visitors," she explained.

From Homemaker to Global Adventurer

Before embarking on her solo adventures, Naaji was a homemaker in Kerala's Thalassery. Her passion for travel ignited in 2020 when she embarked on a journey across Kerala. This initial exploration led her to undertake a trip across India, covering all the states and union territories, including the India-Pakistan border, Sino-Indian border, and India-Myanmar border. She also explored 10 islands of Lakshadweep in 30 days.

FIFA World Cup Inspiration

Naaji gained viral fame when she decided to drive to Qatar to watch her favorite team play in the FIFA World Cup. "I wondered why an Indian woman cannot go there and watch the FIFA World Cup. It was a dream come true for me to watch my favorite team Argentina play at the World Cup," she said. Her journey to Qatar inspired her to pursue even greater adventures and share her experiences with the world.
