Dr Ritu Singh, a former professor at Daulat Ram College, Delhi University, has turned to selling pakoras on Chhatra Marg in front of the Art Faculty after feeling let down by her campaign for justice against the college administrations injustices. Facing harassment and dismissal from her job allegedly due to her Dalit identity, Dr Singhs decision to sell pakoras has drawn attention to her plight and garnered support from the student community.Initially, she protested for 192 days outside the Delhi Art Faculty.
