Maxtern has claimed in his video that the Gurugram Police has not registered an FIR as per his allegations and has imposed bailable sections. On this allegation, Elvish said, “If I had so much influence, if I were such a big man, had so much political power, I would not have even allowed your FIR to be lodged.
