The incident occurred at the Ballabhgarh bus stand on a busy Friday. The car driver had parked his vehicle in the middle of the road, blocking traffic while picking up passengers. This prompted Traffic Police Sub-Inspector Prem Prakash to approach the driver and ask for the car's documents. What started as a routine check quickly escalated into a dangerous situation.

In the video, the car driver is seen attempting to flee the scene. Sub-Inspector Prem Prakash bravely climbed onto the car's window to prevent the driver from escaping. During the ensuing struggle, the car collided with the road divider, creating a chaotic and dangerous scenario. Other passengers in the car were seen jumping out to save themselves as the vehicle continued to move with the policeman hanging on.
Despite the perilous circumstances, Sub-Inspector Prem Prakash managed to control the situation with the assistance of other police personnel. They successfully stopped the car and arrested the driver. The driver's reckless behavior, combined with his state of intoxication, could have led to a severe accident involving other road users and pedestrians.
