The event took place on April 9. Two days later, Arora claimed that his friend was the owner of the stolen pair in a CCTV clip that he posted on his Facebook. The delivery executive is seen in the video ascending the stairs and then ringing the apartment's doorbell. He waits for someone to open the door. Eventually, a woman appears and accepts the package. The executive looks over his shoulder and checks his phone.

A few even continued to compliment the CCTV cameras' "clarity."
