Chatterjee's post, made public on Tuesday, showcased vivid red stains from 'gutka' all across the metro train's door, alongside scattered litter on the floor. In a caption accompanying the image, the user lamented the defacement of the metro system, asking followers to guess the origin of this destructive act.
The post gained substantial traction, garnering over 532,000 views within days. Comments poured in, with many expressing outrage and demanding action against the gutka industry for such damages.

Several users emphasized the need for public shaming and stricter penalties. "Publicly shaming these culprits is crucial to curb such acts. Harsh consequences are the only language they understand," remarked one user, while another proposed banning offenders from using the metro altogether as a deterrent measure.
