Cockroaches were spotted by journalist Tarun Shukla during his journey with IndiGo Airlines. He shared a video on social media which got the attention of the airlines and they provided a response.IndiGo stated that they recognized a need for sanitization and ensured that action would be implemented. The company has conveyed that the entire fleet would be cleaned as soon as possible, along with disinfection procedures and extensive fumigation.The airlines voiced “Our staff promptly took the necessary action onboard. As a precautionary measure, we immediately cleaned the entire fleet and carried out fumigation and disinfection procedures.
