Tranding News: A shocking case has come to light in the city of Gwangzhou, China, where a female employee was fired from the job a minute before the office. The matter came to light when an investigation into the CCTV footage by the company found that the female employee Wang had left work six times a month before the office time was over.

Wang was working in this company for the last three years and his performance was better than other employees. Despite this, the company fired him from his job without any warning. Wang approached the court in protest against this decision.

The court found that the company failed to follow proper procedures by not issuing a warning before terminating her employment. This decision highlights the importance of fair labor practices and due process in employment disputes. The judge clearly stated that if the company is dissatisfied with the behavior of an employee, it should be warned first. It is legally wrong to remove directly from the job without any notice or warning. The court also said that it is not logical to ignore Wang's work loyalty and three years of service.

Strictness at workplaces is Increasing in China

This case is another example in increasing cases of strictness at workplaces in China. Earlier in November 2024, an employee was fired on a nap during work. In that case too, the court ruled in favor of the employee and got it compensated. It is clear from these cases that the judicial system is playing an active role to protect the rights of employees. Any organization should flexibility in its rules and adopt the path of dialogue and warning before disciplinary action.

This decision of the court in favor of Wang not only gave him justice, but also gave a message that discipline at the workplace is necessary, but before that humanity and justice should be given priority.
