On a wedding day, emotions like excitement, anticipation, and nervousness are common. Today is the perfect day to start a new chapter in your life. However, the day was more than exceptional and singular for a woman from Florida. Although she had imagined the ideal wedding to take place at City Hall, it appears that life had other ideas for her.A moment like no othersOne day before taking her vows, Florida native Brianna Lucca-Cerezo discovered she was eight months pregnant and in the hospital. After becoming ill, she was found to have Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV). The expectant mothers hopes to marry her then-fiance, Louis Cerezo, were dashed when the doctors opted to induce labor in order to protect her from future issues. The soon-to-be mother said in an interview that she intended to wed at City Hall the following day.Labor amid happyness After being taken upstairs to the labor floor, Briannas fiancé was questioned by the nurses on a frequent basis, including whether or not they were married. At that point, Brianna revealed that she was going to be induced because she had ended up in the hospital instead of being married the very next day. The medical team provided the newlyweds with unanticipated support. Her nursing staff intervened to assist the couple in getting married as soon as they learned of their plans. One of them said they knew a chaplain who could arrange for their marriage. Brianna agreed to it nervously.Hospitals and vowsAs Brianna began having contractions, the hospital staff busied themselves setting up a wedding. Following the brides wishes, one of the nurses quickly became ready by crafting a bridal white gown out of hospital sheets. Fortunately for the pair, Briannas hospital bag had both her marriage license and her wedding rings. After exchanging rings and vows, the couple eventually got married on a scheduled day. They also consumed the wedding cake, and a few hours later, they had a baby boy called Landon Irvin. Brianna said in an interview that they made us feel like a member of the family. The pair intends to host a formal wedding and reception in the future, but it appears that the guest list will be slightly longer because they want to extend their gratitude to the medical staff.
