Orders for Phirni and Malpua increased by 80.97% and 70.97%, respectively, whilst orders for Haleem increased by 1454.88%. Dates experienced a gain of 48.40 percent, while Falooda witnessed a rise of 57.93 percent. Additionally, reports indicate that requests for sweet dishes at Iftar saw a noticeable increase, with the majority of those with sweet tooths residing in Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bhopal, Lucknow, and Meerut. These states, which included Phirni and Malpua, ordered the most sweet dishes.
