Conservative influencer and author Ashley St. Clair has called on Elon Musk to finalize their co-parenting agreement, just a day after revealing that she gave birth to his 13th child five months ago. In a now-deleted post on X (formerly Twitter) on February 15, St. Clair, 25, expressed frustration over Musk’s silence, stating that she and her team had been attempting to contact him for days without success. Musk’s only response to the resurfaced situation was a brief “Whoa” on X, referencing a 2020 post where St. Clair jokingly sought his attention for a marriage proposal. However, instead of addressing their child privately, she accused Musk of engaging in unrelated online discussions while ignoring her direct messages.
St. Clair also raised concerns about an X user who had allegedly shared inappropriate photos of her from years ago. She questioned why Musk was interacting with such accounts instead of responding to her concerns about their child.
A statement from St. Clair’s representative, Brian Glicklich, confirmed that private discussions about co-parenting had been taking place between her and Musk. However, media leaks reportedly disrupted the process. “It is disappointing that a tabloid reporter, who repeatedly ambushed Ashley and her family, made it impossible to complete that process confidentially,” Glicklich said. He added that St. Clair is waiting for Musk to publicly acknowledge his role as a parent to end speculation and ensure their child’s well-being. "We are waiting for Elon to publicly acknowledge his parental role with Ashley, to end unwarranted speculation, and Ashley trusts that Elon intends to finish their agreement quickly, in the best interests of the well-being and security of the child they share."
St. Clair later alleged that Musk had recently asked her to have more children, despite allegedly ignoring her attempts to communicate about their current child. She also shared a screenshot from X’s safety team, showing that the account Musk had interacted with was temporarily restricted for posting non-consensual images of her.
A day before her social media outburst, St. Clair had publicly revealed the birth of their child, explaining that she had initially kept the news private for safety reasons. However, as media interest surged, she felt compelled to go public.
“I intend to allow our child to grow in a normal and safe environment,” she stated, requesting that the media respect their privacy. She concluded her post with the Latin phrase “Alea Iacta Est,” meaning “The die is cast.”
Musk, a vocal advocate for population growth, now has 13 publicly known children. His other children include those he shares with ex-wife Justine Wilson, singer Grimes, and Neuralink executive Shivon Zilis. This is not the first time Musk has been embroiled in public parenting disputes. In 2023, his third child with Grimes was revealed through a biography, leading to an ongoing legal battle over parental rights. As of now, Musk has yet to publicly address St. Clair’s claims or confirm the child’s existence.
