A horrifying incident has been reported from Delhi Bawana where a 5-year-old girl have been raped and brutally murdered. According to the latest update, the prime accused was a known person to the minors family and had no prior criminal record. Police suspect that the crime took place Monday evening. After recovering the body, police informed that minor was allegedly raped, her throat was slit and her head bludgeoned with a brick after which his body was dumped in a factory, in outer Delhis Bawana area.The accused has been identified as Total Lohar (28) and has been booked from West Bengal on the charges of rape and murder under the Indian Penal Code (IPC). The matter came to light when they received a PCR call about the kidnapping of the minor girl. Heres the whole episodeAccording to the officials, the minor girl lived with her parents in a rented house in Bawana. She was playing in the area while her parents were at work, who ran tea stalls in the nearby area which was frequently visited by Lohar. The minor was seen going out in the evening with the accused and was reported missing with her parents when did not return. Police analyzed the CCTV footage, identified the accused and during the investigation, were informed by the locals that he had fled to West Bengal via Poorva Express. Taking swift action in the case, police started looking for him and arrested him from West Bengal railway station and brought him back to Delhi, where he confessed to the crime.
