Tech News: Food delivery and Quick Commerce sector leading company Swiggy has launched its new AI-Powered App 'Ping' (PYNG). With this launch, Swiggy has stepped into the field of Hyperlokal Professional Services.
'Ping' is an online platform designed especially for urban consumers whose demands were not being met by traditional services. This app connects users directly to verified experts such as health wellness professionals, financial consultants, astrologers, event planners, travel and lifestyle guides, and education and skill trainers.
The ping app also includes a smart AI assistant, who understands the user's questions and connects the most suitable experts with them. The special thing is that if a user is not satisfied with the service, then the money-back guarantee will be given from the Ping.
Swiggy reported that ping ensures a safe, reliable and easy professional access to a safe and spam-free environment. This app through AI technology and expert networks is a major step towards making consumers' lives further convenient.
So far, more than 1000 professionals have been registered on the ping app in more than 100 specializations. Swiggy aims to provide quality and diverse services to consumers through this platform.
Meanwhile, Swiggy has a net loss of ₹ 799 crore in the third quarter of FY 2024-25, which was ₹ 574 crore in the same period last year-ie the deficit has increased by 39%. However, the company has continued to try to make its business model constantly new through many new products like SNACC, Swigl, Instamart and Swiggy Minis.
