Teach giant Samsung on Wednesday launched a bundle of gadgets for its users. In addition to the products already in the range, the company unveiled a new series of devices, with an exciting Unpacked event held in Seoul, South Korea.

Samsung unveils Galaxy Z Flip 5

According to an American technology website, the new Galaxy Z Flip 5 gadget stands out for its significantly larger 3.4-inch cover display, which extends from the hinge to its dual cameras. The cover screen on the Flip 5 can run whole Android apps, just like the one on the Moto Razr Plus. The Galaxy Z Flip 5 is unlike its predecessor in that it completely folds flat and comes with an updated Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 CPU. The internal screen, which has a 6.7-inch OLED panel, has not changed. The tablet will remain the same price as the Z Flip 4: US$999 (about ₹82,000).

New Galaxy Tab S9 series

A series of high-end Android tablets, Galaxy Tab S9, S9 Plus, and S9 Ultra 5 got unveiled at the event. the new models will follow the Tab S8 series which got unveiled in 2022. According to the sources, the smallest Tab S9 will start at US$799.99 (₹66,000 approx.), while the two larger models are US$999.99 (₹82,000 approx.) and US$1,199.99 (₹98,400 approx.), respectively.

The company started the pre-booking on July 26 and the delivery will commence on August 11.

Samsung has made the Tab S9 tablets IP68-rated for dust and water resistance. All three Tab S9 models are powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy, the Samsung-exclusive version of Qualcomm’s top-tier processor. The base model of the 11-inch S9 comes with 8GB of RAM; the rest of the lineup has 12GB, save for the top-level S9 Ultra which comes with 16 GB. Storage options for the Tab S9 are 128GB or 256GB; the Tab S9 Plus comes with either 256GB or 512GB storage, and the Ultra can be equipped with up to 1TB of onboard space.

Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 and Watch 6 Classic

Apart from the launch of the tabs and androids, the company also showcased a range of wearable watches. The tech giant introduced Galaxy Watch 6 and Galaxy Watch 6 classic, the major difference between the two is just size and bezel. The Watch 6 is available in 40 and 40mm versions on the first, while the Watch 6 Classic is available in 43 and a very hefty 47mm.

The watches will be equipped with the features like sleeping, Irregular Heart Rhythm Notification will warn them of AFib symptoms. Credit cards, IDs, tickets, boarding passes, and other items are all included in a single feature that combines Pay and Pass in a recent update to Samsung Wallet.

According to the information, both models are now available for preorder, and shipping will begin on August 11. The smaller models of the Watch and Watch Classic start at US$300 (₹24599) and US$330 (₹27059), whereas the larger models cost US$400 (₹32799) and US$430 (₹35259).
