Misra, 39, previously worked at Truecaller AB and Meta Platforms Inc. and will start her tenure at OpenAI by the end of the month.The hiring of Misra not only highlights the AI companys effort to push favorable rules as governments around the world but will also regulate the rapidly developing technology. Notably, India is among one of the fastest-growing economies with 1.4 billion people and massive opportunities for tech companies.However, the official sources have not made any statement about this yet.About Pragya MisraPragya Misra, 39, previously headed public affairs at Stockholm-traded contact verification firm Truecaller, which is among Indias one of the companies.
